In the fall of 2003, the Hyundai Elantra XD once again took on new forms, it underwent a significant restyling. The designers have given the outlines of the body more swiftness and energy, the front end has become more aggressive and sporty, the updated rear end of the Hyundai Elantra XD organically fits into the main features of this car: dynamism, excellent handling and stability. All these changes were complemented by an updated 2.0 DOHC engine with a CVVT system (constantly variable valve timing). This system made it possible to significantly save fuel and increase engine power to 141 hp.

This large and dynamic model is a worthy competitor to the best family cars of world manufacturers. Wherever you go, Hyundai Elantra XD will quickly and comfortably take you to your destination.

The model was produced in Korea from 2000 to 2006. Given the popularity of this model, its production has been resumed since 2009 at the facilities of Cherkasy Automobile Plant OJSC. In Russia, the car has been produced at the Taganrog Automobile Plant (TagAZ) since 2008.
