2018 Hyundai Tucson Owner's Manual

Most of the power plants in the fourth generation of the European version of the Tucson have been electrified. There are three options for electric attachment. These are a plug-in hybrid (1.6 T-GDI and an electric motor, 265 hp), a simple hybrid (1.6 T-GDI and an electric motor, 230 hp) and a number of 48-volt “mild” hybrids (petrol 1.6 T-GDI with 150 and 180 hp and diesel 1.6 CRDi for 136 forces).
However in 2018 Hyundai Tucson 150-horsepower gasoline and 115-horsepower diesel engines can be obtained without an electric makeweight. In other markets, 2.0- and 2.5-liter atmospheric gasoline engines (156 hp and 190 hp) are also available, as well as a 2.0-liter diesel engine (186 hp).
Despite the number of exterior design changes, they do not seem very obvious when compared with the previous model. What can not be said about the design of the interior of the modernized Hyundai Tucson. The multimedia system (with support for Apple Car Play, Android Auto) received a design in the style of other models of the brand – now it is not a screen inscribed in the front panel, but a 7-inch display “floating” in a separate block. To bring the design of the multimedia system to a common denominator, it was also necessary to change the very shape of the upper part of the front panel and the design of the central deflectors (which are now located in a separate block between multimedia and “climate”). The design of the central tunnel has also changed. The basic equipment for the convenience of rear passengers is now a USB port.
