Among the power plants for the model are only gasoline engines. The first is a 2-liter naturally aspirated Nu engine with 147 hp. With. and 179 Nm of torque. It works in tandem with a 6-speed “mechanics” or “automatic”. The second motor is offered for the Turbo version of the Veloster. This is a 1.6-liter turbo engine that produces 204 hp. With. and 264 Nm of torque. For this motor, both “mechanics” and a 7-speed “robot” with two clutches can serve as a pair (you can shift gears in manual mode using the steering wheel paddles). Drive – exclusively front. All versions of the model are equipped with the Torque Vectoring Control system, which simulates a change in the thrust vector by braking one of the front wheels. In addition, you can order a contrasting body color scheme: the roof and A-pillars will be painted black.
