Hyundai i20 is a class B front-wheel drive hatchback. The third generation of the model. The hatchback was presented on February 19, 2020 in an online format (an offline show was supposed to take place at the canceled Geneva Motor Show 2020).

The i20 hatchback became the first representative of the Sensus Sportiness design philosophy (aimed at creating the emotional value of the car’s appearance) in the brand’s European model range. Compared with the previous generation, the hatch has increased in length by 5 mm (4040 mm), in width – by 30 mm (1750 mm), the increase in the wheelbase was 10 mm (2580 mm). And thanks to a 24 mm lower height (1450 mm), a rather sloping roof with a triangle-shaped insert on the C-pillar and sharp lines of stampings on the body panels, the i20 looks more dynamic than a second-generation car. The false radiator grille with large openings in the form of honeycombs, the relief of the hood, the sharp corners of the optics (both front and rear), as well as bumpers with pronounced edges only enhance this feeling.
