The “chip” of the model, as before, is the asymmetric body design: on the left there is one “large” door, on the right two shortened ones. Veloster “grew” in length by 20 mm (4240 mm), in width – by 10 mm (1800) mm, but at the same time the wheelbase remained the same – 2650 mm. The change of generations had a positive effect on the practicality of the hatch – 140 liters (564 liters) were added to the trunk volume. The back row is still (and “honestly”) double, with 60/40 folding backs. And in front of the driver and front passenger there is now a relief panel made of several planes, the center console is slightly turned towards the driver, and in the center of the top there is a 7- or 8-inch touchscreen display of the multimedia system. The design of the multifunctional steering wheel is well known from other models of the brand.
