Design and technology

Externally, the model received thinner headlights and a changed geometry of the radiator grille. The air intakes have become more massive and add confidence and solidity to the car. The taillights are L-shaped and connected by an LED strip. The illumination strip is also provided in the front and connects the headlights. Turn signal indicators are integrated in the side mirrors.

The front seats are heated and can be easily adjusted to several positions. The driver’s seat has additional lumbar support and is adjustable in 10 directions. Comfort in the cabin is provided by automatic dual-zone climate control, a heated steering wheel and an optional power moonroof.

A Bose audio system is available as an option. Additional interior lighting creates a special interior, with a choice of 64 colors.

An 8-inch screen is provided as standard, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen is available for improved models. The system includes navigation and multimedia. The digital instrument panel with a 10.25-inch color screen displays all the necessary information.

2024 Hyundai Elantra Technical specifications

The updated car is available with three engine options. A 2-liter inline engine with 147 horsepower and 138 Nm of torque is offered as standard. A turbocharged engine with a displacement of 1.6 liters and an output of 201 hp is also available.

As an option, the car received a hybrid powertrain, which consists of a 1.6-liter Smartstream engine and a 32 kWh electric motor with a 1.32 kWh battery. The engine produces 139 horsepower.

Safety and security systems

The car is equipped with a full set of airbags, including rear side airbags. A reminder to wear seat belts for rear passengers is provided as standard. The model has a lane keeping assist system, blind spot monitoring and review, and rear cross traffic alert.
