The wheelbase of the model is 2700 mm, which is 50 mm longer than the previous model. It is 25 mm longer than its predecessor with a total length of 4530 mm, but the width of 1775 mm has been retained. The height has been reduced by 45 mm to 1435 mm, while headroom remains the same. As a result, the interior volume of the Hyundai Elantra has increased by 18 liters.

The car is equipped with options such as the parking assistance system (SPAS), which helps to park between two cars standing behind each other (parallel parking). The system automatically controls the steering wheel using ultrasonic sensors. Already in the basic configuration, the car is equipped with side airbags and curtain airbags, as well as active head restraints. Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Emergency Brake Alert System (ESS) are also available as options in the Hyundai Elantra.
