Hyundai designers changed the architecture of the cabin, installed seats with more pronounced lateral support and used better and more durable materials in the interior decoration. The driver’s workplace has been significantly changed: a completely new dashboard and steering wheel have appeared here, and the center console is turned towards the driver for the convenience of using all the functions of the car’s climate and multimedia systems.

Compared to the previous generation Accent, the body length of the model has increased by 30 mm (up to 4405 mm), while the front overhang has decreased by 10 mm (up to 830 mm), and the rear overhang has become 10 mm longer (up to 975 mm). The width of the body also increased – by 29 mm (up to 1729 mm), while the height remained the same – 1470 mm. Increased by 30 mm, up to 2600 mm, the wheelbase made it possible to provide more space in the passenger compartment, as well as to increase the useful volume of the luggage compartment from 470 to 480 liters.
